These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a plain-language agreement between you and Blokd LLC (“Blokd,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Blokd, you’re agreeing to these Terms.

What Blokd Is

Blokd is a productivity and invoicing tool made for freelancers. It helps you manage projects, track time, sync meetings, and send invoices — all without the bloat of traditional “enterprise” software.

Using Blokd

• You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

• You’re responsible for anything that happens under your account.

Things You Can’t Do

• Use Blokd for illegal activity.

• Try to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.

• Copy or resell Blokd without our permission.

Payments

If you choose a paid plan, billing is handled securely through Stripe. You agree to keep your payment info up to date.

Ending Your Account

You can delete your account anytime from inside Blokd. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

Blokd is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be perfect. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for damages that result from using Blokd.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you live in California, you also benefit from the protections of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
